Dale Franklin Mayes passed away February 13, 1997 in Enterprise, Alabama at the age of 37. He was born August 14, 1959 in Pittsburg, PA. His parents were Leonard Franklin and Juanita Lea (Rothhaar) Mayes of Madison, Alabama.

Dale attended his Freshman and Sophomore years at Carroll High School in Ozark, AL and his Junior and Senior years at General H. H. Arnold High School in Wiesbaden, Germany, where he graduated with the Class of 1979.

Dale is survived by his parents, as well as his sisters, Tracy Rene Mayes Mueller and Latricia Lea Mayes Barnes, and many other extended family members.

Dale is buried at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Ozark, AL.
